The Model 20004 air
collet closer is for stationary applications. The 20004 mounts with 4 3/8”
– 16 SHCS on a 6.125 B.C. The collet is actuated with a four way air valve.
The collet is inserted in the fixture and the lock nut is replaced. The 20004
has a 1-3/8” thru hole. The 20004 air collet closer uses B42 collets.
Maximum operating air pressure is 100PSI. The air ports are 1/8” NPT and
the piston area is 9.52 square inches. |
